How does the pay monthly website plan work?
You pay a small upfront cost, followed by 24 monthly payments. We design your website using a selection of high-quality WordPress templates OR OpenCart if you require an Ecommerce website.
What happens at the end of the 24-month contract?
You have four options:
- Start a new 24-month contract with a new website.
- Continue paying monthly for hosting and support.
- Move your website elsewhere.
- Cancel the service if you no longer need the website.
Can I customise my website?
Yes! While we use templates, we tailor them to your branding, content, and specific requirements..
What if I want to cancel before the 24 months are up?
If you cancel early, the remaining balance for the full 24-month term is payable.
Is hosting included in the monthly payments?
Yes, hosting and basic support are included in your monthly payment along with an SSL Certificate.
Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely! You can use your existing domain or purchase a new one.
What happens if I want to move my website elsewhere after 24 months?
You own the website after the contract ends and can migrate it to another provider if you wish..
Do you offer website updates and maintenance?
Yes, basic break/fix support is included, and we can provide additional updates at an extra cost if needed.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?

How long does it take to set up my website?
Once we have all the required information, your website will typically be ready within 4 weeks. Dependent on information being supplied when required.

What happens if I stop paying my monthly fees?
If payments stop before the 24-month period ends, the remaining balance for the contract must be paid in full. If payments stop after 24 months and you don’t continue hosting with us, your website may be taken offline.
Can I transfer my website to another WordPress hosting provider?
Yes, after 24 months, you own the website and can migrate it to another hosting provider if you choose.
